~30 min in humans SC (estimated; no formal published PK trial for the no-DAC form). Sermorelin (GHRH 1-29) parent shows t½ ~10–20 min IV. Stability extended over native GHRH via D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15, Leu27 substitutions resisting DPP-4 and trypsin.
About the research
CJC-1295 without DAC — more accurately Modified GRF (1-29) — is a stabilized GHRH analog with four amino-acid substitutions (D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15, Leu27) that protect against enzymatic degradation while preserving the short half-life characteristic of native GHRH. It is the standard pulsatile-GH research tool, typically paired with ghrelin-mimetics like ipamorelin to model the synergistic dual-axis stimulation of physiological GH secretion.
Mechanism, reported research areas, literature dose ranges and co-factor studies are on the research page, with sources. Nothing there is a claim about this product.
