Shipping
Every order is shipped by Purita Peptides, the seller of record. These are the delivery terms they publish; we repeat them rather than adding our own.
- Processing
- 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekend and holiday orders go out the next business day.
- Delivery
- Worldwide, within 2 to 3 business days of dispatch.
- Tracking
- Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed on dispatch.
- Insurance
- Transit insurance on every order at no extra cost, until it is delivered.
Cold-chain packaging
Temperature-sensitive products ship in cold-chain packaging to keep them within range in transit. If a cold-chain charge applies it is shown on the Purita Peptides checkout before you place the order, so nothing is added afterwards.
Where they deliver
Purita Peptides publishes a list of around 190 countries and territories it delivers to, covering Europe, the Americas, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Oceania. The checkout only accepts an address in a country on that list, and the list is maintained on their site: shipping and returns policy (opens in a new tab).
If a parcel is late or lost
If an order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact Purita Peptides at research@puritapeptides.com to start a reshipment or refund review. Once tracking shows delivery to the address you gave, responsibility for the parcel passes to you.
Customs
Purita Peptidesdoes not refund or replace orders seized or refused at customs, or orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. Check your country's import rules for research reagents before ordering.
